Now in its 7th year, the Primary Care Innovations Conference offers a venue to learn, connect, and collaborate with health professionals working to improve primary care throughout Florida and the Southeast. Together, we can innovate and make primary care better.
Target Audience
Primary Care Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and Administrators.
Learning Objectives
As a result of participation in this activity, participants will be able to:
- Understand the value of community relationships in caring for patients.
- Discuss best practices for developing and evaluation innovations in primary care.
- Learn how to meaningfully deliver care as an interprofessional team in the primary care setting.
Conference Format
Primary Care Innovations 2024 will take place at the Harrell Medical Education Building in Gainesville, FL. Unfortunately, opportunities for virtual participation will not be available this year due to the interactive nature and multi-track format of the conference.
